About the Role
This position supports the EMEA Equity Documentation function, responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing a wide range of legal agreements for equity derivatives and related businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate agreements such as ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs (VM/IM), equity swap/option confirmations, NDAs, GMSLAs, prime brokerage docs, clearing addendums & triparty docs.
  • Review client constitutional documents, capacity & netting legal opinions.
  • Coordinate with internal Legal/Risk teams on non-standard terms.
  • Manage documentation lifecycle, maintain contract databases/systems and support regional stakeholders.
  • Handle day-to-day documentation queries and support key documentation projects.

Requirements

  • Law graduate with 5-8 years’ experience in derivatives / financing documentation.
  • Experience in negotiation (in-house or law firm) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt skills.
  • Ability to lead/manage, strong business/legal understanding, detail-oriented, proactive and tech-comfortable.
  • Proficient in English; German language exposure is an advantage.
