DevOps Engineer
Our client is a well-established stock broking firm specializing in High Frequency Trading (HFT) and Medium Frequency Trading (MFT). As part of their ongoing expansion, they are strengthening their technology and infrastructure teams and are looking to hire skilled DevOps Engineers to support their trading and core infrastructure platforms.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-performance, low-latency trading environment where stability, automation, and speed are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Manage and monitor cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Build and maintain automation tools using Python and scripting
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and trading teams
Key Skills & Technical Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in DevOps with Algo Trading firm
- Engineering from well reputed organization.
- Strong experience in Python and scripting (Bash, Shell), Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP; Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible; Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
- Version control systems: Git;Cloud & Networking Experience, VPCs, subnets, firewalls, routing
- Linux server administration,Experience with VPNs, proxies, load balancers, reverse proxies (Nginx, HAProxy); Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and security best practices
