We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrator to support our day-to-day business operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and provide operational support to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Manage official correspondence, company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, and calendar schedules as required.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and recruitment-related activities.
  • Assist with invoice preparation, payment tracking, expense records, vendor documentation, and payroll-related paperwork.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and confidential company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or a related function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in supporting HR or finance functions will be considered an advantage.
