Our client is a global financial group offering banking, investment, and asset management services, with a strong focus on innovation and infrastructure. They are seeking an Assistant Manager – People Engagement Specialist to join their Gurugram office on a contractual basis. This role will function as part of the Centre of Excellence for Employee Engagement and Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a People Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing customized employee engagement and experience initiatives aligned with business and stakeholder needs.
- Acting as an internal consultant to diagnose challenges in people enablement and support cultural reinforcement.
- Collaborating closely with the Strategy & People Enablement team, HR partners, and business stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap for engagement initiatives.
- Managing clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
- Supporting the development and continuous refinement of the People & Culture strategy for the Financial Management Group.
- Ensuring the seamless integration of organizational culture and values into all people-centric initiatives and practices.
Key Requirements
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the HR domain, specifically in employee engagement.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure initiatives that positively influence workplace culture and employee experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
