One of our prop trading clients is hiring for Information Technology Support Manager It’s a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. Incumbent will be responsible for managing IT operations and leading a technical support team. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network security and stability, managing system backups, and developing IT policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage L1/L2 Network
- Manage NSE Colocation Servers
- Installation and maintenance of System Trading Software (NEAT, NEATPLUS, Greek, Symphony and In-house software)
- Configuring and Maintaining of V-SAT, MPLS, Point 2 Point Lease Line and ILL
- Manage firewalls for site-to-site VPNs, other security rules and ensure connectivity
- Support of Shilpi Back-office server
- Expertise in server and network monitoring tool like PRTG
- Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices for future reference
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in high frequency trading business
