Our client is a fast growing NBFC in India and hiring for a Manager – HRBP role with experience in end to end talent acquisition in financial services domain.
Key responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
– Managing senior stakeholders and fulfilling the hiring responsibilities.
– Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
– Participate in employee engagement related activities.
– Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
– Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
– Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
– Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Key criteria:
– Full time MBA degree from reputed institute.
– Solid experience in talent acquisition and other HR related activities in NBFC or BFSI sector
– Excellent power point presentation skills and English communication skills
– Experience in working with startup will be a plus.
