Our client is a leading Mid-Frequency Trading firm who are growing their Infrastructure team. They are hiring for Quant Developer with past experience working in infra team of Algo Trading firm with hands on experience in C++ and Python for Gurugram location.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deploy low-latency trading infrastructure components, including order routing, market data processing, and risk management systems using C++.
- Work on improving our in-house high performance backtesting and live trading framework to validate and refine trading strategies using python.
- Optimize trading systems using networks and systems programming.
- Conduct research and development to reduce the latency of trading systems.
- Design, model and deploy high-frequency trading strategies on different asset classes.
- Use advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to model and predict market movements.
- Lead and mentor small team of developers.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from top-tier institutions.
- Excellent coding in Python, C++ and Rust programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with High Frequency Trading/Mid Frequency firm.
- Experience in handling large data sets and low latency systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mind set and problem-solving approach
