Job Responsibilities:
- Source, research, identify and screen suitable candidates across India & Overseas.
- Screen & Interview candidates on the Phone / Video / face to face to determine their suitability for the job.
- Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies.
- Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information.
- Engage with clients and build professional relationship for continuous workflow.
- To utilize the database effectively while searching and record keeping.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Learning attitude and competitive mind set.
- General knowledge of Investment banking as a function and industry
- Excellent email and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
- Decent understanding of MS Office and MS Outlook.
