Our client is a global financial services firm with expertise in asset management, investment banking, wealth management and hedge funds. They are expanding their Transaction Management Group and hiring for AVP/Manager – Structured Products Issuance and looking for someone with strong expertise in legal documentation, reviewing and drafting term sheets, pricing supplement for structured notes, certificates and warrants.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain structured product documentation, including Final Terms, Pricing Supplements, and Key Information Documents (KIDs).
- Manage trade approvals, settlements, listings, and clearing across relevant markets.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Trading, COO, and Operations teams to support structured product lifecycle management.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency across regions.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in structured products within a global financial services firm.
- LLB or LLM qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation for structured or exotic products.
- Strong technical knowledge of notes, certificates, and warrants.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
