Our client is a leading financial firm using advanced technology and algorithms for high- frequency trading (HFT) across different asset classes. They are hiring for System Admin role who will manage and improve low latency systems and ensure efficiency in trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, administer, and deploy performance tracking tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) to ensure smooth data center operations.
• Manage network connectivity between data centers.
• Control user access to different resources and tools.
• Set up and maintain hardware and software for new and existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in system or network engineering with HFT firm.
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator with experience working with cross functional teams.
