One of our client is global algo trading firm which trades in India stock exchanges and looking to hire senior candidate sourcing specialist to be based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, identify and interview suitable candidates across India & Overseas.
- Screen & Interview candidates on the Phone / Video / face to face to determine their suitability for the job
- Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies.
- Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information.
- Engage with clients and build professional relationship for continuous workflow.
- Utilize the database effectively while searching and record keeping.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Qualified degree with at least 4+ years of experience in Quant hiring.
- Learning attitude and competitive mind set.
- Recruitment experience in quant hiring.
- Excellent email and verbal communication skills in English is MUST.
- Decent understanding of MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Excellent candidate sourcing from job portals, social networking sites amd headhunting.
- Solid domestic and international network of software developers and quant professionals.
