Our client is a global financial services firm working in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Hedge Fund services. They are expanding their Structured Products team and hiring for Manager/AVP role for Trade Support with expertise in supporting front office and sales team in Structured Products and Exotic Derivatives focused on Notes, Warrants and Certificates.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for structured products, including settlement, listing, capture, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate trade matching, settlement, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver trade metrics, analytics, and reports to support business and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements using tools such as Excel, VBA, and Python.
- Maintain documentation and compliance records, including trade documents, deal folders, and audit support.
Skills required (essential)
- MBA / CA with 5–6 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of structured products & trade lifecycle
- Experience in reporting, settlement, and metrics
- Advanced Excel; VBA/Python preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written.
